Allied World Insurance Hong Kong

Working closely with P&F (trading as IA) was Allied World’s CRS team in the US and the Local Team to house their assurance and re-insurance groups. This was a merger of two companies with different cultures, requirements, and policies. One of the key challenges was to merge two filing systems — one heavily dependent upon paper, space, and different shelving requirements; the other electronic-based only — and find a solution compliant with the electronic standards of the parent company, Allied World. This global assurance company required offices that were highly functional and embodied a dynamic company moving into the future. With an added component of a very condensed timeline, this project required considerable effort to ensure all client goals were met within the compressed schedule.
